Returns and Refunds Policy

At Blessings Candles, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Every product is hand-poured with care, and your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at support@blessingscandles.co.uk. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us for approval first. We will provide the specific return shipping address once your return request has been reviewed and approved.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve this quickly, please provide your order number along with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will review the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund as quickly as possible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items. This includes used candles or any items that have been lit, as well as custom gift sets and personalised items. Additionally, clearance or sale items are final sale, and we do not accept returns on digital products or gift cards.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different scent, we are happy to assist once your return is approved. Please submit your exchange request via email at support@blessingscandles.co.uk.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days, and credits will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If the refund does not appear after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary between institutions.

6. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are ordering from the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification. As with standard returns, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

7. Important Notes

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, and these shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. All items remain your responsibility until they are safely received at our designated return address.
